These terms describe general use of the NayaCloud website. A paid project begins under a separate written agreement that confirms scope, price, timing, acceptance and responsibilities.
Sending a project brief, using the planner or requesting an AI example does not commit you to a paid project.

Share public information or material you have permission to use. We agree on the example and language before preparing it. Review the result before deciding on a paid build; production integrations and ongoing usage are scoped separately.
One tailored demo per business after a brief fit review. No card required. The demo is an example for you to evaluate, with no live customer calls or production integrations.
We review whether the request fits the available demo scope. Delivery timing and any live demonstration are arranged after that review. A demo is for evaluation; connecting customer data, making customer calls or taking production actions requires a separate agreed scope.
The studio offers recorded examples and, where enabled, short generated experiences. Your selected text or our demonstration media is processed by ElevenLabs and its model services. Use public material you have permission to provide. Generated output should be reviewed for accuracy, quality and rights before publication.
Live examples have action and usage limits. Switching modes or leaving the page stops playback and waiting, while submitted provider work may still complete. Results and request records expire as described in our privacy policy; requests are not automatically regenerated. Production integration, ongoing usage and licensing for your project are agreed separately.
The published development scopes start at Launchpad $995 USD, AI Sprint $2,495 USD, Platform $4,995 USD. These are starting prices for the described scope. The written proposal confirms your final price, deliverables, exclusions, tax treatment and payment schedule.
Delivery targets begin after the scope, content and required access are agreed. Complexity, integrations, review and missing inputs can affect the final schedule. A target is not a universal delivery guarantee.
The AI Front Desk Pilot starts at $2,495 USD for one web assistant and one enquiry workflow. Its included allowance is 200 web voice minutes and 30 days of managed hosting, up to $250 USD of cloud usage.
Starting at $2,495 USD for one agreed workflow. Included voice and hosting allowances run for 30 days from pilot activation and do not roll over. We pause or agree a top-up before an allowance is exceeded. After the pilot, you choose whether to continue; no automatic renewal. Phone numbers, carrier calls, WhatsApp and paid third-party subscriptions are separate.
Phone numbers, carrier charges, WhatsApp services, additional integrations and ongoing provider subscriptions are separately scoped. The agreement confirms any service extension after the initial allowance. Cloud or voice promotional credits are not sold or transferred to customers.
We agree example questions, approved answers and handoff checks before a pilot. If a delivered part fails those agreed checks, we correct that part before handoff. This is not a promise of unrestricted revisions or guaranteed business results.
The planner produces a starting plan based on your choices. It is not a binding quote. Voice assistants and generated briefs can be incomplete or incorrect; review their output against approved information before using it.
Traffic, search ranking, leads, revenue and conversion rates depend on the business, distribution, demand and operation. No numerical outcome or search placement is guaranteed by this website.
Your project agreement defines source code, intellectual property, provider accounts, access and handoff. Third-party software, models, fonts and services retain their own licenses and terms. Ownership of delivered source does not transfer a provider platform or prepaid credits.

Specific obligations, support, warranties, liability and applicable dispute terms are agreed in the project contract. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This website may change as the offering develops.
