Pay for an inquiry workflow you can test
An AI front desk can answer approved business questions, gather the details of an inquiry and give the visitor a route to your team. Its usefulness depends on your knowledge, the conversation and what happens next. Hearing a demo based on your own business is a good way to decide whether that workflow is worth a pilot.
The cost usually has four parts: setup, voice usage, the language model and supporting infrastructure. Telephone calling adds a carrier or number provider. These parts should appear in a quote before the assistant reaches customers.
A website voice assistant and a phone receptionist have different bills
A web voice assistant begins when a visitor clicks to talk and grants microphone permission. A phone receptionist receives or places a carrier call through a telephone integration. A web demo can show the voice experience before the business commits to numbers, routing and carrier costs.
ElevenLabs currently lists additional standard agent calls at $0.08 per connected minute and burst calls at $0.16. Its language-model usage is separate. It does not add a telephony surcharge, but an external Twilio or SIP provider charges for its own service. These published provider rates were checked on 7 October 2026 and can change.
A small usage example, with its limits
At the published $0.08 additional-minute rate, 200 additional connected minutes would be $16 for the voice-call component. That is arithmetic, not an all-in quote. A subscription, language-model tokens, hosting, integration work, support and carrier usage can still be payable.
Connected duration includes the time from connecting to ending or closing the session. Budget for the full connected allowance rather than assuming every second is spoken audio. A practical pilot measures actual minutes and costs, then sets continuation limits from observed use.
| Cost item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Setup | Approved questions, languages, inquiry destination, integrations and acceptance checks. |
| Voice | Included connected minutes, concurrency, extra minutes and the response at the limit. |
| Language model | Chosen model, input/output usage and any separately billed features. |
| Hosting and third parties | Cloud allowance, retention, carrier charges, numbers and subscriptions. |
What the NayaCloud pilot includes
The AI Front Desk Pilot starts at $2,495 USD for one agreed website inquiry workflow. The first 30 days include 200 web voice minutes and managed hosting up to $250 USD of cloud usage. The proposal confirms the languages, destination and integrations.
Setup includes approved business knowledge, a human handoff, testing, launch setup and source code handoff for the agreed implementation. We agree the expected questions and behavior before building and correct failed acceptance checks before handoff.
The initial allowances do not roll over. At a limit, we pause or agree a top-up before proceeding. After the pilot you choose whether to continue; there is no automatic renewal. Phone numbers, carrier calls, WhatsApp and paid third-party subscriptions are separate.
Review the Arabic and English experience before launch
You can request English, Arabic or both for a demo. During pilot scoping, agree the voice, dialect, terminology and supported conversation paths. Ask the assistant about opening hours, service names, prices and an unknown question; these reveal more than a scripted greeting.
Review how it says your business name, locations, dates, numbers and mixed Arabic/English terms. An approved answer and a route to a person are more useful than a confident answer made up from incomplete information.
Start by hearing your own business
Share your website or a short approved FAQ, the main inquiry to handle and your preferred language. After a fit review, NayaCloud prepares one tailored voice example for you to evaluate. No card is required. Live customer calls and production integrations are part of a separately agreed pilot.
